    I captured this during my first afternoon in Grand Teton National Park a couple weeks back.

    40D w/ 70-200 f/4 @ 70mm
    1/100 f/8 iso400

    I like this a lot John. Nice soft light and placing the trees to one side of the image and balancing them with the shorter BG orange trees works well.

    John,
    I completely agree with Robert. Also like the blue cast in the clouds -- really makes the aspens pop; gray would not have worked.

    On first glance the title "Three Sisters" popped into my (twisted) mind. FWIW.

    Hey John,
    Nicely done finding 3 aspens seperated both against the colors and the sky. Was this right along the road?
