After the hit my stocks took, I know that expression on his face. Gorgeous colors. I'm wondering if the focus point was on the shoulder, thus making the head a little less sharp along the crest. The eye looks sharp, but the crest isn't and first impression is the head might be soft. You might try a bit of selective sharpening in that area. Well done.

Love the behavior but the bird looks soft in my calibrated monitor. I would apply some sharpening!
