    Nice looking individual, and a pretty darn good perch. I would place bird/perch more to the right of the frame, and perhaps lighten the iris a bit too. Otherwise a beautiful image with nice warm hues.

    Excellent image Mark Agree with Daniel The bird placement is particularly important You don't want to center. Could also clone some color into the lighter area by the bottom left !! Really nice !!!
