    Default Maine Moose

This young bull lined up nice with the foliage for me, for sure I was not going to move! 50% crop - 1Dmk3 on a 500 F4 - iso 800 1/250, f5 AV +1/3 hand held in the rain. - Bob

The fall foliage sure does match and compliment the rack on the young bull. You out did me this one Bob. I have not even seen one this year. Nice formal portrait here. Call me on the wolves.

    Bob,

Like the pose, like the BG. I think a reverse s-curve (see this link for info http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ad.php?t=20434) would help to tame the contrast. Looks like a bit more sharpening is in order.

The re-postis sweet! Love the fall colors contrasting against the fur.......love the beard.
