    Default Eyton's Tree Duck

This is an image of an Eyton’s Tree Duck captured at Sylvan Heights Waterfowl Park in North Carolina. The image was made on Friday October 10th on an over cast morning at 107AM.

This image was processed in ACR and represent about ¾ of full frame. Little was done to the bird other than curves and adding a touch of black to neutrals and blacks in selective colors. The eye was processed per Robert OToole’s APTATS. I pruned a branch and cloned out the beak of another bird. I selectively ran noise reduction on the background.

Thanks for looking and of course any critiques.

    Regards,

    Phil

Lovely composition, image and capture Phil. I like the soft dark green background which compliments your subject well. The details are sharp and you have great color rendition. The eye is just perfect...congrats...
