It was nice spending the afternoon shooting with Doug Brown and his friend David.
We were very happy to have some flight oppt. this evening although not many but
when you come out with a few keepers its all worth the effort.

Jim, this is so great. Love the landing pose and perfect head angle, and the habitat is nice too. Excellent image in every respect. And, one of my favorite birds!

Lovely pose and colours. What I really like in this photograph is that the BG does tell something about the birds environment....and makes it more interesting from that perspective. Very nicely done!

Lovely light and nice and sharp. I also like the angle of the wing spread.

Really nice light and fantastig landing pose Jim. I think that the horizontal out of focus line acroos the uper part of the BG is a little bit distracting but that is very easy to fix.:)
