    Hi Folks:

Wanted to show you a Watercolor sketch done by using AKVIS, a new program featured in NAAP magazine this month. You get to decide all the parameters to complete your sketch. Pencil sketch is only auto default.
I am using free trial . . . Fun Program, you might want to try it? http://akvis.com has complete step by step guide and about 50 different canvas backgrounds .

Gus, I love the the repost. Now I've got to get another plug-in. There seems to be a some halos around the beak and chest in the original. Maybe my monitor.

    Hi Folks:

Glad you all like the watercolour sketch, program is amazing as they show you how to control the results easily without taking over everything in one swoop. Very inexpensive.

Richard, you join Harold as another "Sharp Eye". Those halos you mention are actually part of a convolted BG of branches and sundry that I completely painted over with the brush tool missing the 2 parts you mentioned. I'm happy that I can now see them with my ancient peepers.

    Appreciate all your comments.

    Hi Harold:

    "Voila" No ugly perch ;)

The original was so bad it really wasn't a keeper, but Stubborn Swede I am, I just kept practising away, hoping to learn by my mistakes .

    Keep smiling
