Eating at the CIA

Here our waiter is making us dessert. It was a type of Creme de Brule and it was delicious as was the entire dinner.The majority of the food is prepared in an open kitchen that is visible to the entire restaurant. So a nice spot to eat is at the bar so you can be close to the action. It is also easier to get seating at the bar when they are really busy. The CIA is located in the Napa Valley in the old Christistian Brothers Winery which is a great place to photograph in a wine country atmosphere. By the way CIA stands for Culinary Institute of America.
