I got this image of two Bar-Headed Geese at a local water fowl Conservancy in North West Connecticut.
It was on an early morning in October 2007 with the fog hanging over the pond.

Beautiful mood and exposure, Jakob, I feel it needs a nit of CW rotation.
Although the geese are centered in the frame, I would hate to loose the bottom left vignette, since it adds to the image. Maybe taking off just a bit?

I really like how the birds fall in the light area....very dramatic and I like the overall mood. I agree with Fabs on the slight rotation. This turned out very nice.
I encourage the straightening as well. I would suggest a darkening of the whole scene to make them silhouettes and see if you like that. To me I don't see the point of the drab, somewhat distracting colours in the birds.
I like the moody feel of this image. The spotlight effect on the water with the birds swimming into the lit area is very nice. The rising steam makes the image. I agree with the cw rotation suggestion.
Are these captive birds?
