This is a young moose cow in the Tetons. She and her calf stayed in an area near the road by Jackson Lodge for a few days, delighting hundreds of tourists. Even though it's rather busy, I liked the way she was peeking out amid the fireweed going to seed. All comments welcome.

Sharp, hide and seek, lot's of interest here. The covered eye does not bother me. I see a young moose, playing, living, habitat all over it. To a Mainer, knowing how these guy's live and where they live, it looks natural.
Hi Cindy,
These 2 were still there when I was in the Tetons. The eye showing and the fact that you didn't clip any of the head is a huge plus. May do a bit more work on blurring the BG........but this still has a sweet feel to it.
This is definitely one time when eye contact isn't going to get you in trouble. I really like the curly plant against the stick straight fur - nice use of textures in this!
