    It is a nice image with the bird showing a lot of concentrated expression. I agree about the BG.

    We can't always have everything. I'd sure rather have a nice flight image with not so perfect BG than a not so perfect image and a nice BG. I like this one....well done.

    I like the sharpness and exposure. Background as is doesn't concern me too much. I think the wing position could be better though because in a way, this photograph looks like a photograph of lines/rectangles of different colors, with a shorter, darker one in the center of the photo. But it's probably just me :o
