Great pose Ted! Exposure looks good too. A little more eye contact would help this image. The plumage doesn't look quite right; oversharpened or shadow recovery would be my guess as to the cause. Still, I'd love to get this nice of a photo of one of these guys!

It looks like the other you have, like S&H have been over used, it still looks great, love the pose, BG, and colors, congratulaitons!
