    Another vote for excellent light and pose Particularly like the head angle making the entire beak sharp !!! Big Congrats !!!! btw I think that bird's name is Tina !!!!! :)

    Action is picking up a little at Anhinga The Little Green Herons are numerous on the back side and in a couple of months the "Supper Stars" will arrive ..... Swallow-Tailed Kites :cool:

    Where I live I've only ever encountered one cooperative Cormorant...they usually flee from a hundred yards away!?! Good job getting it in this cool pose.

    Yup the light really makes this close up, as does the eye! Very nice!
