    I took this at The Jungle Gardens in Sarasota, Fl. It's a great place to get up close to flamingoes, too. Canon 20D, 100-400 lens @ 400mm, F6 @ 1/250. ISO 400. I imagine the head turn is not the best, but I liked that I got the catchlight in its' eye.

    Hi Joanna I like this image a lot Excellent pose, do like the head position, good feather detail and great feel !!! Everything to like about it !!!

    I think the head turn is fine. I might have composed it with a little more room on the left and less on the right but this one looks nice. Beautiful bird with nice detail. Well done.
