    Default Wild Boar for Lunch

On my way home from dropping my daughter off to school I noticed a large group of vultures and ravens fly out of a dark grove of trees as I passed. Ever the curious I went back to see what they were feeding on. After first checking for bears and mountain lions I walked into the grove where I saw the head of a wild boar. That's all that was left. I delicately picked the head up by the ear and carried it across the road where there was some sunshine. I then drove home and came back a half hour later and used my car as a blind to take some Turkey Vulture pictures.

Camera was braced against the door frame

Image seems to lack something. It seems plain. Need some help here.

    God's good light to all,

    Chris

Very nicely done. I like the comp. These are odd birds but I think they are very interesting. I find myself photographing their behavior all the time
