Default White Ibis With a Messy Bill

Saw this bird last March in SW Florida on Artie's IPT. The image strikes me as a bit dull. Any suggestions as to how to punch it up a bit?

The whites are pretty good but could be brightened just a tiny bit. Mostly it needs a level adjustment to change the black point. Just move the left slide in PS until it almost or just touches the histogram curve. Puts some pop into the image, which is a very nice one!

    HI Beth,

I don't like the re-post because there is too much contrast and creates more noise. What I would do to the original is to PUSH the colors!!

Hi guys, thanks for the help! I do like the second post for the deeper colors but agree regarding the noise. I'll see what I can do with the suggestions you offered.
