Hey Gary, The light and the clouds are cool but not much here to hold the viewer's interest. A crop from the bottom would place more emphasis on the good stuff.

In the landscape forum version, more was better and the low light and lack of shadow detail worked well. Here, it just does not hold my interest. THe cable car is too small in the frame to work here. In the other image, the cables and the car told the story. Here you are wondering what it is.
I reposted the image with at curves adjustment to open up the dark and then a shadows.highlights to open up the FG. Whole different image and may not be what your intention is. Your call as the artist.
