    40D, Canon 100-400@170mm, 1/250 f 10.0, ISO 500, Fill flash. This was a very noisy and aggressive bird. He would swoop in calling at the top of his voice, pick out a peanut , and leave all in a couple of seconds. The double crest looked like a bad hair day.

    I think this is your best yet. Love the colors....they show very well as the exposure is excellent. Wonderful pose.....and great turn of the head with the peanut. Well done.
