I took this last weekend and did a little liquify to add some interest. I was attracted to the vibrant colors.

Another winner, Joanna! The colors and the textures are great and you applied just the right amount of liquify without going overboard. I love it!

I agree you have another winner- I've tried to liquify but can't seem to get it to look like yours. Any tips you can share?

Thanks, Jules. I really wanted to keep the smaller veins sharp. Denise - I really play around with different size brushes, density, pressure and especially use different modes (rigid, stiff, loose, etc.). I will try one stroke and if I don't like the result do a Ctrl Z to go back to the previous stroke. That way you won't have to cancel and start all over. Just keep trying different combinations until you find one you like. I look forward to seeing some from you..

Joanna, this is spectacular. Perfect placing of the veins and great colors.

You hould check Flaming Pear's Swerve, I'm sure you get a month free trail. You'll like the effects and you can use different glues (blending modes).
