Hello everyone! Not even going to say things are back to normal, every time I do they get un-normal;)

Story. As we were pulling up the drive we saw Mr/Ms Coop in the maple by the drive, diving on by would spook him/her, camera is in the house....So Don backed down the drive and I used the front door, which NEVER gets used to the point it took me a bit to get the key to work. Rush though the hose grab camera out of bag take a healthy guess at settings and then slithered out the backdoor. Maple is blocking view of bird, so I'm not even sure bird is still there. Then the meeting of bird eye and camera, I got off two clicks and birdie is gone.

    So FWIW
MIII, 300f2.8+2xtc@f6.3, ISO 400, 1/125 +2/3..Just noticed the two eye glints, yes they should go

HI Nonda !!!!!! So nice to see you not un-normal :)

That is one sharp image and love the way that lens renders the BG !!! Great pose and look .... btw I think the bird thought you were up to no good since it was sure keeping track of you :)

Great exposure Nonda, and quick thinking on your part! I like the BG the way it is. I was out photographing around my condo thinking to myself how boring it is around here when a Hawk swooped down to carch a squirrel. It was a standoff and the two of them were on the same branch staring at each other for about 10 seconds. Then the quirrel scampered away. You were lucky you got your camera Thanks for sharing!

    Thanks Alfred and Jackie

The only reason I had half a chance is Coop was rather preoccupied scanning yard for chips and doves while also keeping an eye on the 3 grey sq females that were heading his way. I was the final insult.
