    Hi, I am trying to improve this photo with post processing, what do you suggest?

    Welcome to BPN, Arash! Very nice first post, I like the pose and details. The image appears a bit underexposed, you could have dialed in positive exposure compensation to get more details in the shadows. It would have been better lit with the sun behind you. It would have been great to have more eye contact and you could run noise reduction on the background. Please post some techs. Keep them coming!

    Thank you for your comments, here is the same shot with +1EV and some curve adjustment in PS (I think the camera metered for sky in the original shot) it was so fast I didn't have time to correct the exposure...how does this one look?

    I like the action and sharpness that you captured here, Arash. The repost is an improvement. I don't think that this is a Caspian Tern. :) Caspians have black legs and a thick red beak with only the tip being dark. This looks more like a Common or Forster's Tern to me. ?? Keep them coming.

    Thanks for the info much appriciated, I was looking at my bird guide but the pictures are confusing
