    Hi Jeni,
    Very sweet - I can see a really determined look in his eye...
    I like the soft light and the catchlights look very good.

    Hi Jeni,
    Not quite sure what colour the monkey's fur really is, but I lightened it a little and sharpened the eyes.
    I really like the shot.

    Jackie, I've just been playing around with adding a warming filter - this is what I got.:D But I like your eyes much more!!

    Hi Jeni,

    I like both posts and for different reasons. Your 1st image left a dark impression and set a different mood.
    Jackie's seems more like a documentation photo. You can see all the detail

    Nice close up pose. I like the original; the only thing needed is to lighten up the eyes just a tad...I will show you later on tonight; can not do it from this computer...still at work...:cool:

    Hi Jeni,
    This is what I was telling you about earlier. I lightened the eyes and sprinkled a tiny bit of selective sharpening. I kicked up the contrast and saturation just a tad. see if you like...:cool:

    Great thread and love the re post !!! Its just a mater of appreciation and personal choice but the second post by Jackie with the coloration of the original. Excellent

    jackie's version does have a nice mood to it with more detail in the face. nice base image!! and the title fits perfectly!
