Was at Christchurch's Orana Park on Friday and took this image of a 4 year old Sumatran Tiger cooling off from the nearly 80 degrees in the shade.
    Details: About 1/3 cropped.

Zoo's offer great oppertunities to practice your skills....and one of the most difficult things is to get home with natural looking images. Of course, the oppertunities offered depend largly on the look of the enclosures....and while you've done well capturing this tiger in an interesting pose, I have to say that the concrete wall looks too unnatural for me.

Tiger looks good but as Jasper mentioned, you have run into the problems with zoos.
