This was taken last night as I looked in the reflecting pool that sits in front of the Nelson-Atkins Museum. The original looked pretty good but then I ran the Illustration action on it and poof! It really popped.
As you can tell, we had a beautiful sunset last night!
Oh no! You haven't played with the Illustration action yet? Go back through the archives of this past spring/summer here in OOTB and you'll see several of us ran with it for awhile...the key is to use a low resolution image and it really makes an image pop. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't but when it does...it really does!
In answer to your question, yes, this is a reflection. There is a reflecting pool outside the museum where I was photographing last night and this was the reflection of the Kansas City skyline in that pool.
