    Was created today in Omalos Chania Greece
    Omalos is a very beautiful small village about 1000 meters about 38 km from Chania Town
    Canon 40 D Canon EF 500mm 1.4X TC
    1/1250 f 5.6 iso 640

    Spontaneously that looks like a Wood Lark (Lullula arborea) to me.

    Forgot to say; nice image :) I like the rather soft light that seem to have been.

    Yes, for a Pipit the tail is rather dark and the primary covers are typical (white-dark-white) for the Wood Lark :)
    Nice image however. Not often photographed.
