    Here's another of this species - in my back yard recently.

    D300, Nikon 80-400VR, hand-held. ISO 800. 1/1250, f5.6. I realize the head turn is not perfect, but I hope it's a pleasing image otherwise.

    Hi Richard Little guy stands out real well Might want a slight more head turn I like how you got the bird centered on the green rather than in between black/green bg Could take just a little of the top !!! Excellent !!!

    I like the Chickadee....despite the head turn. There seems to be a lot of artifacts surrounding the bird......something in the processing....perhaps sharpening or a large crop? It might be worth reworking it.
