    Default Green Jay

I had never seen a Green Jay until my trip to Texas this May. Even though their looks are distinctive, their behavior is all Jay.

I see few images of this bird posted. This is a good one. I am personally a fan of graduated and multi-coloured BG's, I think I in the minority bucking the conventions regartind BG's. Anyway, I like the BG in this adds a little dynamic in colour. Well done. ;):)

Great detail and color, Doug. I lived in Texas most of my life and never saw one of these. Are they mostly in South Tx?

Beautiful pose, perch and bg. Really lovely Doug. Was this taken at one of the ranches near Roma?

You probably did Jeff. I've been there several times, and will be returning there next weekend for another photography trip. Hope to see you there!
