    I watched this nest for months but had to move on before they finally fledged. The light was best right after sunrise, however, sometimes I would wait hours before there was any shootable action.

    I sharpened this as much as I could without highlights appearing on the pine needles. I felt good about getting all 3 in the photo without spanish moss blocking.

    Canonn 20D, 100-400mm lens, F9, 1/500, -2/3 EV @ 400mm, ISO 400.

    I like the habitat and the Eagle leaving the nest really tells the story for me!

    Nice capture of the environment of the family. Tough steep angle but you did well with all eagles visible. :)

    I like this also. Like the habitat like Maxis said. Was this by any chance in Cape Coral? It looks familiar.
