    I'd pick the second one. The thing I don't like about the first one is there is too much space on the left.

    I know the extra space is there- but I felt it left the viewer with a sense of solitude and made the fox appear even smaller- which is what I wanted the picture to convey.

    I see your point Denise Either corp is good nothing clipped just cut at the right place. Like the second since I like seeing the face larger, very compelling. Would darken the left side (as viewed) of the face and sure wish the other ear was turned a bit !!! I like it a lot !!!

    Hi Denise, I like the second crop, it seems to put more focus on the face:)

    Then I think you need more space than you already have.

    Hi Denise - I like both, I would sharpen the eye's just a tad and just try to make them pop that little bit.
