    Default Common Grackle

    Shot this last year. We have lots of these around making noise all over the place. I saw this one flying near water's edge, tracked it and shot... Love the details but hate the greyish water in the background...what do you think?

    Love the bird. Love the detail. Love those grey skies. With sun, you would not have all that lucsious detail...

    Nice to see you here :)

    That's a fine image if you ask me. You managed to capture all the subtle color variations on the wings and plenty of details too. The grey water in the background is fine, at least it is a good contrast to the bird.
