Hi Stuart,

The blue sky looks some what unreal. I would also remove the noise from the BG and a white dust spot in the top left corner of the frame.

Don't forget to post your exposure settings.

Nice takeoff pose and eye contact. The sky looks oversaturated and the plumage has a slight magenta cast on my monitor.
