I apologize for my lack of participation in the past weeks (lots of work in the office:( ). Not too much time for photography in the field right now so here is an image from the past summer. The high ISO setting is due to the fact that I was ready for some action when this beautiful girl perched very near to my blind and I decide to shoot on the fly. Hope you like and would love to hear your critics.

Juan, estoy de acuerdo con Maxis -- que colores... y la nitidez! My only wish, given the direction of the bird's gaze, is for a bit more room on the right side of the frame. Well one more wish -- que fuera mia!

    Cheers,
    Greg Basco

Excellent detail, color and pose, Juan. I wish for more dof to get the feet in focus. But I guess you were anticipating some action here and opted for shutter speed. That said, I like this shot very much.
