    It would be nice to see this shot a little bigger then posted not bad considering what looks to be some pretty harsh lighting it could use some more USM .
    as the head looks soft also I would wish the far wing hadn't intersected with the head. Thanks for sharing I look forward to more in the near future.

    Good points by Jim. You can post up to 200 KB and up to 1024 pixels wide. I would crop a little off the left to avoid centering the bird in the frame. I've not seen one of these birds before but there appears to be a yellowish cast to the image.
