    Default Black Bellied Plover

I took this while trying for some American Oystercaters. I used the 500mm and 1.4x on a monopod, low to the ground.

Great pose, details and soft light. I only find the busy BG a bit distracting. Keep them coming!

Well done on the bird, good pose and great detail. Agree the BG is a bit distracting.

Looking forward to more from you :)

I like the pebbles and other things in the water which are in focus. For me they add to the interest in the image, add depth to the image, show more of the natural habitat, and give another reason which this bird needs to carefully watch its footing. The oof strip at the top is the only distracting bg for me.
