I photographed this Streaked Spider Hunter during my recent Malaysia birding trip. Photographed from a car window using a folded sleeping bag as I had failed to carry my bean bag. Canon EOS 1D Mark II, EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM, EF 2x II converter at ISO 400, 1/160 sec at f8. I used the 45 point AF as this bird was not stopping for more than 6-7 seconds in one position. This image is not cropped at all.

Imagine it was a difficult one to get !!!! As presented is tight on top and centered Cropping is tough was going to suggest to do from right but hate to interfere with flower Were you able to capture one parallel to the camera !!!!

Interesting feeding behavior. Too bad you clipped the right foot a bit.

How about cropping in tight to the left foreground leaf and under and to the right of the bird? Maybe then the clipped foot would not seem important, and you keep the context while losing dead space.
