    Another Male Pine Grossbeak from Massachusetts this one from the Turner Falls area
    Nikon D3 600mm 1/350th and f8 ISO 200

    HI John I like that beautiful complementing bg Before even looking at the camera used thought it Nikon Blues come out different !!! Angle is a little steep and wish for the head to be more flat to the plane Nice tidbit flying out of his mouth Exposure looks excellent Very pleasing !!!

    Nice find, where in Turners Falls was this? I agree regarding angle and eye contact.

    It was right in the park by the fish ladder the small flock kept getting spooked by a sharpie and they never really seatlled in to move down on the lower branches
