    I really like the behavior in this image! On my monitor the seaweed looks dark, can you open it up some with shadows/highlights? While there in shadows/highlights, see if the white spont in the front of the bird can be toned down a bit, at least on my monitor it looks a bit hot. I would also try some CCW rotation. Again, I really like the behavior in this image.

    Agree with the comments

    John .... I'm trying to figure out how you are finding so much sun over there ... all I had was fog !!! btw if you catch the bird more sideways will make for a stronger image !!!

    repost with rotation and shadow highlight adjustments as suggested.

    Alfred: June was RDF (local shorthand for rain, drizzle and fog) July was sunny and warm, August was cool and RDF. So far, September has been sunny and warm.

    Gene, I think you've rotated the image a tad too much. Now the ripples don't look right. A cute moment of the bird though.
