Thought I would try the liquify filter on a not so great photo taken at the botanic gardens. I did a little cropping and dodging.

This is really beautiful, Joanna. I love the colors and patterns - a totally unique abstract. My one overall impression is that you could stand to push either the saturation or the contrast just a bit more to really make this whole thing stand out and "pop."

I'd love to see the original image... (hint, hint!);)

Wow! I like them both but the second one does have more zing to it! That is really beautiful, Joanna.

Very colorful abstract, cool! I keep wondering what it was originally! Nice creative work, Joanna!

Anita and Jules. Here is the original...a reflection of a mural at the Denver Botanic Gardens.

Wow- these are great!! I do prefer the 2nd, more colorful one. nice to see the original too. The colors and patterns are beautifully balanced. It would make a wondergul fabric hanging- you can get stuff printed on fabric....for a price.

Fun to see some more liqu....um, lique,...um- liquid stuff. ;)

I really like all of them. The 2nd post really does bump it up a bit.... But the original, in its own right, is also great if you think of it as an "in camera" instead of "post processing" technique. Liquify just took those unexpected original elements to the next level!
