A long exposure taken of a distant storm in Port St Lucie, FL. This was captured the same night as the "incident". :) http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...=shawn+marques
Let me know what you think and thanks for taking a look.

Shawn, that is one dramatic image! The lighting and the amount of detail that you caught are really wonderful. The longer you look at this image the more you see and that's quite special.

I think your composition is dead on. There's nothing "extra" in this image - it all relates and adds something. The road leading into the lit up town is really a great visual and the clouds! Wow!

    Hey Shawn,
Very cool indeed! The road makes a very nice leading line towards the lightning. This is super all around.........and nice to see not as close as the other post.

Hi Harold. It was pitch dark outside! I should have mentioned that so thanks for bringing that up. :)

Very nice image, and would make a great large print. I like the dimensionality in the clouds.

Nice work Shawn for all the reasons mentioned above.

How are you determining the exposure?

My reaction to this one is similar to other replies... dramatic, a lot of impact, etc! Great work.

What an awesome capture! I assume the storm was moving towards you? 25 seconds must have seemed a long time. Great job.
