Beautiful water and flap.
As Judy said, a head turn would have made this better.
The whites are a bit hot on my calibrated monitor.
There's a tutorial on the Digital Workflow Forum about saving blown whites.

Looks like he's conducting a band. I like the pose and didn't notice the whites at first, but they are a little hot. More noticed down by the water. There are a couple of spot (probably water drops) that don't look good at this size. They might work in the larger version, but here I would clone them out.
