    Hello:
Here's a second photo of the Lion with a Wildebeest that Gus posted earlier. It was amazing the way the Guide (Hollman's) drove so close to the lion we could hear the bones crunching as he was eating. I had this brand new digicam at the time with a new Olympus battery system, and of course it always was dead when I needed it most. I'm not an experienced photographer, however, I put it on "P" and let the camera do all the thinking. With thousands of hits on my Africa website folder I did get some interesting photos. My sister and I took off from Bournemouth on the South Coast of England to Nairobi, and had a marvelous time. Sincerely . . . Gina

    Hello Gus:
We were about 25 feet away in a large Range Rover type of vehicle with a sliding top driven by a very experienced local driver who we would most certainly use again . . Gina Hallgren

Hi Gina Mighty fine image Must have been exciting !!!

I like the framing and know that a lower angle would have made you part of the meal !!! :) There is a cast which is easily corrected Excellent image !!!

Welcome Gina. I like both versions; they are quite similar. I too like the framing and only wish that the lions mouth/tongue/maw were more visible.
