Hi Julie, I like the pose and facial expression (if you can say that ) of this little fellow a lot! One of those lucky moments I guess! I also like the DOF with the OOF grass in the foreground.
The colors seem quite cold to me, something I would not expect from evening light except when it was cloudy. It makes the whites on the animal look almost unnatural and the grass in the forground a little icy.
That said, I like it a lot! Maybe you can work on those colors in PP.

Jerry, good eye! I was so busy looking at the bunny I missed the blue tint to the grass. See if you like this better. I did a color balance and moved things to the yellow/green side.
The repost looks great color-wise. Nice work. I think cropping to a vertical might strengthen the image. I did not try it but will let you decide from yourself.
I like the repost, I hope you don't mind but I tried colour correcting your image in the manner you did just to see how it works. I have now removed the image from my PC.
