Found this interesting Oak leaf, that looks like some bugs had a feast on.

Fuji S5, Sigma 180 macro, Tripod, F/32, backlit by sun.

I have a new self published macro how to book coming soon,
Tiny Landscapes, When, Where, & How
Let you know more info in a few weeks

This is a great macro image, Mike. The sharpness and detail, along with the interesting textures, keeps your eye going back for more.

I love the way you composed/cropped the image. That little bit of green in the LRC is terrific next to all that spiny brown stem the bugs left behind. Some little critter obviously forgot to finish the job. :D
