I captured this image a couple years back... Schwabacher Landing in Grand Teton National Park is a location visited many, many times, but a place I never tire of... hope you enjoy viewing, and all comments are appreciated. Thanks.

Excellent composition and exposure. The long shadows walk you right into the image and your center of interest, the peak nicely off-center. Were would this be at location-wise?

    Hey John,
I never get tired of this place either. I'll be there in a couple of days as a matter of fact. You composed this very well........especially with the FG grasses and shadow. I might be tempted to take a bit off the bottom..........but this is still very nicely composed and exposed.

Now I can imagine why you return back time by time. Awesome scene and a beautiful image.
Would love to be there to try my first landscape lens I have soon :)

I'd give anything to camp out for a summer, right there on the shore. Excellent feel drawing the viewer right in. I do not have suggestion for improvement. I love it as is.

Absolutely beautiful image. Loved the composition here - very balanced. A very well exposed frame.

John: I love this location, too. Every time it is such a different shot. I think you did an excellent job composing this. I like the DOF, but agree it is a stronger photo with a little shaved off the bottom.
