    Another image from my trip to SA don't have the specs here at my work going to do that later today.....

    Nikon D50 | Sigma 50-500mm

    ISO 400 - 195mm - f/8 - 1/320 Sec.

    A very nice portriat here. No major problems. The low sun angle shows off the stripes on the wildebeest nicely. I might like a bit more room all around. The shadowed side is a bit dark, maybe a little pp work could lighten in up slightly..

    Arjan,
    The quality of the light is great. However, it would have been better to be shooting with the sun at your back--from the left--to avoid the shadows. This would have resulted in more of a profile view, so you would have to have waited for the Wildebeest to turn back towards you.
    Also, be careful of the legs, as in this image they are merging together.

    What a poser and light!!! Love the habitat though I'd love to see a bit more of it.

    Can only dream of being there for now :)
