I like the detail in the breast, but the head angle takes away from the image IMO. I find the light area in the BG a bit distracting. And I would move the bird further right in the frame. Thanks for posting!

I like the crop as it is. The pose is good, but the head angle is awkward in this image. Nice charp details and good perch. The white area of the BG is somewhat distracting.

Yes, this was taken from about 7 feet on a feeder set-up. The background is a large green bush.

Thanks Arsdel. I love the perch but you must do a much better job of placing it in front of a pleasing background. As noted by many above, the large white blob is distracting. There is lots of great info on setting up your backyard in ABP II.
