    Default Summer Grebe

While the Bosque is known for its winter birds, the summer can be pretty rewarding too. I photographed this Clark's Grebe from the boardwalk one morning this week. The water was just stunning.

Incredible image of that bird, but the background is stunning; somehow subtle and dramatic at the same time.

Great light and colors. I guess a lower angle was not possible.

No way to get any lower. This was shot off the boardwalk at the Bosque.

Looks a bit familiar Whites look as if they could use some Linear Burning. COMP, BKGR, and head angle all excellent.
