    Black-bellied Whistling Duck Landing - S.W Florida

    This one from few weeks back in a private ranch. The light was amazing that day!

    Sweet pose and amazing light for certain !!! A little more square and the far wing would have been even within the dof As it is sure wish I had it in my files Big Time Congrats !!!

    Beautiful pose and light Maxis! I only wish the eye wasn't in the shadows, but very nicely done!

    You're right on the beautiful light, shame on the angle it was coming, though, wish you had been more to the left.

    I agree with DOug about the shadow on the face, but otherwise nice photograph of this beautiful duck!

    Awesome example of the "decisive moment" (the microsecond between being in the air and being on land) and absolutely the coolest wing position I've ever seen on a BBWD.
