I wanted to take a photo of a local landmark for an art contest being held at my place of work (Johns Hopkins School of Medicine). Photography was one category of art that could be submitted, so I wanted to combine photography with art for the competition. I took this panoramic image of Baltimore's beautiful Inner Harbor, which is near where I live and part of the Chesapeake Bay, the largest bay on the east coast of the US (for those of you from afar). I wanted to make it a bit different than the usual pano. Let me know what you think.
Chris: Love it! I really like the image, but especially like the boats and sails overlays. Has a very Chesapeake area feel to it all. Good luck in the contest.
Now turn around 180 degrees and over the Bay and you'll see us.
For the contest, I need to name this photo. I usually am pretty good at it, but for this one have drawn a blank - do any of you creative people have any ideas for this one?
