For our current motif here is a good example. I believe this bird is just laughing at the photographers  Resides in Anhinga Trail during the winter moths (no clue the rest of the year) Can find him perched by the water level gauge early morning.

Might want to pay attention to the behavior side of the birds or anything you are photographing. One of the best ways to gain an advantage. :)

An excellent capture Mr. Al...I love the pose. The background hue is very pleasing and compliments your subject very well. Details are razor sharp as always and the color rendition is precise; in check...congrats, maestro...:) Boy...its going to be hard to equal this...let me see what I pull out of my hat...:p;):):D

    Excellent pic as always, Al.

If I may ask, is that an example of a composite? So...like a fish and a bird combined or it's my eyes ? :o:o

Great capture Al (would not expect anything less) excellent background and very sharp, and just to be different from everyone else, I think I would like it more if it was tighter in the frame. Just MHO

Are we supposed to reply to the current assignment under this thread, or start a new one for each picture?
Love the BG in this pic. Lovely.
